I get that, but our kid who is one of the best, nicest kids I’ve ever been around is being vilified on this board, and we’re just sticking up for our wrestler. -

Come on, it’s a senior down in his last match trying to get a turn. It only got there cause no one was stopping him. Stop trying to act like AJ is the bad guy. -
Not gonna lie, think they could win this weekend. And don’t they only lose Fishback for next year? Next years squad could be dirty.

I will never know the pain of the Evansville ticket round. We don’t have weight classes like down there. It’s just that of the few placers we do have, they somehow hit each other.

We’ve got like 10 state placers in our semi state, how does it happen we always end up with two of them wrestling each other in the blood round?

The stalling while in on a shot may end up being the worst I’ve ever seen, I’m gonna go with Blake Mulkey getting a stalling in the state semi finals in the second OT while in a front headlock. I remember Snyder got kicked for losing it, and he had every right to light up that ref.

Not asking for perfection, asking for competence. I understand it’s a hard job, but the reversal especially shows someone is deciding big matches that doesn’t know wrestling.

That probably doesn’t happen if said official didn’t make the worst call everyone in that gym had ever seen. I’m not saying it’s easy, I’m not saying that behavior is acceptable. I am just asking that they do better.

Colton Bollenbacher South Adams comes in as the four and has Dalton Tuttle Delta who he already beat this year.

The crazy thing there, is the ref refused to call the two for a while. I think it was the right call but he waited ten seconds to call it, yet the only thing that changed was they scooted father out of bounds.

The main problems were with guys doing it for a long time. One guy flaunted his 41 years in wrestling to try to prove a point that he was obviously wrong on.

That ref should never ref another match again, absolutely robbed the poor kid. Should’ve been in the finals, instead he’s going home.

Oh come on, that happens all the time and is never called. National titles are decided by that and stalling is never called. I have never seen stalling called in that situation.

Had this call up at the Jay County sectional today. Had a wrestler up 6 late in the match. Just got hit for stalling, which he was. Then winning wrestler shot in and hung on to a leg. Losing wrestler hit a whizzer, hipped down, neither wrestler could advance. Ref called stalling on winning wrestler that was in on a leg. Is this the correct call? Ref is adamant the call is correct, seems absurd to our entire staff.

Is Flo/Track streaming sectionals? If not, who all will have a stream for their sectional? I know Berne Witness is covering the Jay County sectional.
