  2. Christian Carroll of New Prairie High School 220 pound mini Lesnar is someone most, if not all of us have heard of. We have been running what we call the Carroll clock. It had to do with the amount of time he would spend on the mat from his first match at sectionals all the way to the state finals. The second is whether or not he will get all falls throughout the series. The third was whether or not anyone will get to the second period. The over under was 15 minutes. As of right now he has spent a total of 2:06 at sectionals, and 1:18 at regionals for a grand total of 3 minutes and 24 seconds. What are your predictions over/under, all falls or not, and will anyone make it to the third period?
  3. Ontherise219 should do a “rank the 219”
  4. RSN will be at the Portage sectional
  5. Lucas Anderson from Chesterton. The kid is tough, but still a little green. I’ve watched him beat some significant wrestlers the past few years on the national level. Quinton Buckmaster CP He is long!! Legs for days and rides em too! Nationally he been banging for a while now with Kevin English and Also with Fleeger, so watch out for him too.
  6. I’m just sitting here eating popcorn. Ahhhhh the good ol days!
  7. 152 will also have some great matchups!!!
  8. The Al Smith is what some of us up here call the “fifth semi-state” being that the talent there is some of the best talent in the state. That being said, looking at the schools in attendance, and the ranked wrestlers squaring off I have two questions: 1.) What gym will have the most explosive matchups, big/little gym? 2.) Who are the top 4 going to be in each weight, and what matchups will you be looking forward to the most? I think the “little guy” gym will have the most explosive matches, plus it also may have the most upsets. Im not knowledgeable about who the best wrestlers are, so I’ll leave that to the mob.
  9. When he’s undefeated at semi state we can relive this. Until then it’s a guessing game. Hunter is a stud, was last year too. Now he has the best partner he’s ever had. Time will tell. I stand by my 5. No disrespect to the other competitors in this semi state. This is just how I see it.
  10. Jesse Mendez Christian Carrol Ashton Jackson Logan Frazier Hunter Whitenack
