  5. Yes.....4 total kids at regional, 2 of which moved on to semi-state. Also, are seniors not counted as #s for sectional 5th/6th or as sectional qualifiers if they didn't advance?
  6. Maligned, I was looking thru the data you guys have gathered and it shosw Prairie Heights with 2 regional qualifiers. Unless I am misunderstanding the numbers, it is incorrect. Prairie Heights had 4 regional qualifiers (1 freshman and 3 sophomores)
  7. PHMS 81 Angola 30 PHMS 62 Eastside 40 PHMS 102 West Noble 21
  8. "Teams eligible for those positions will be sent a standardized form in which to include information about JV or 8th grade talent and/or individuals returning from injury that will affect their quality for next season." Just out of curiosity what type of criteria will be looked at when considering JV and incoming 8th/9th grade talent?
  9. When your daughters weigh themselves at home and say " Dad, I weigh 40.3 lbs.........with all this on!" Got to love it!
  10. PH 100 Westview 15 PH 93 Churubusco 15 PH 65 East Noble 22
  11. Better yet was the guy selling the shaved ice in late 90's at Market Square. Out of know where this guy would be up and down the aisles yelling "SHAVED ICE!". You could hear him from several sections over and he made me laugh every time when we were there. I think think he made the transition to Conseco when the finals moved for at least the first year.......not sure where he is now, but we anticipated him every year. Anyone else remember this one particular guy? Always gave our section a good chuckle hearing him specifically.
  12. The second number listed is the number of remaining underclassmen; the third number is the total remaining wrestlers I am assuming the second number is the # of underclassmen going to regionals and the third # is total number of wrestlers remaining and advancing to regionals, not the number of returning kids for next year
  13. I don't think that is the case just yet on all-conference
  14. There are no results......tournament was cancelled entirely this year due to weather
  15. Elkins competed all four years in Indiana, wrestling for Portage High School. Elkins placed 7th as a freshman, Qualified as a sophomore, 3rd as a junior, and was a State Champion as a senior. Darren also won multiple Freestyle State championships as a youth. Found that on him....won it at 140 in 2004
  16. Was a state champ in early 2000's from what I read and placed/qualified the other 3 years. Dont know him at all but found it interesting to know he was from Hobart area
  17. On Fox, Darren Elkins is fighting UFC. ...Now!
