  1. We had a very productive RTC on Tuesday with a TON of individual instruction! There were coaches in the room from the following schools... Jimtown Culver Academy Bremen Elkhart Memorial Fairfield Mishawaka Coaches for Light, Middle, and Upper weights. Alot of individual instruction. So many other older kids with wrestling experience passing on what they know to younger kids as well. Join us next Tuesday again from 6:00-8:00 for anything you need to work on with your wrestling.
  2. Tuesday, March 20 will be the next Jimtown RTC from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The quality of kids in the room has been great. State placers, Semi-staters, more regional qualifiers that one could count. There are too many coaches to count, so show up and get some INDIVIDUAL instruction in any area that you need. Put yourself in the situation to learn something new by wrestling with kids from all over. A great opportunity awaits you!

  17. What about the McGill vs. Cosgrove series. Did they meet in sectional?
  18. It would kill the sport in high school. The fans don't want to see people getting ridden out, they want to see points scored so they can cheer (even though they don't know what they are cheering for). It is great for coaches and former wrestlers who would understand how dominating it would be to ride somebody the entire time.
  19. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. The Jimtown Coaching Staff and Wrestlers
  20. The Jimtown vs. Dekalb match was a good one. Many of the matches went the full 6 minutes. Both teams had forfeits, and at the end of the dual they flat out beat us. Best of luck to the Dekalb this season. Jimtown Coaching Staff
  21. Jimtown in a span of the last 3 seasons saw the following sets of brothers: Jeremy and Matt Hill Collin and Nick Crume Casey and Tanner Adams Dustin and Konner Chafin and Eric and Emelio Forrest I believe the Jimmies missed having them all on the same team the year Jeremy graduated. Did have the Crume, Adams, Chafin, and Forrest brothers last year.
  22. You can follow Jimtown Wrestling on twitter @JimmieWrestling. I am not sure how live the tweets will be, but there will be some.
  23. Progressive Sprints to 10. Sprint to that end and do 1 push up. Sprint back and do 2, all the way to 10. One set wasn't so bad, but at Manchester with Tom Jarmon there were always at least 4 sets. Push ups, Sit ups, Back Arches, and Pull Ups.
