  1. So does this mean that if a 1A team does great in this state tourney, but has a bad year next year, they are invited to ISHWCA next year?
  2. Another few matches that have potential are: 1) Blake Adams vs Derek Ellenger 2) Winner of the match above against Fiechter in finals (Ben hasn't wrestled in a couple weeks, he could gas) 3) Walters vs Luginbill 4) Gerber vs Wyatt
  3. Haha, I didn't make to obvious, did I? ;D
  4. 1) Roe Majors Batt 2) Pfister beats Busse in a close one 3) Baker beats Garringer maybe even majors 4) Walburn beats Keuneke by 5 5) Shultz majors Melcher
  5. 106: Miller, Oliver, Abbott, Lewis 113: Moser, Wilson, Poling, Terriquez 120: Walburn, Keuneke, Becker, Pimentel 126: Ellenger, Fiechter, Adams, Marbach (if Fiechter wrestles) 132: Roe, Batt, Simpson, Terriquez 138: Hirschey, Raugh, Yoder, Finnerty 145: Faurote, Gerber, Wyatt, Liter 152: Schultz, Melcher, Metcalf, Becker 160: Luginbill, Walters, Leonhard, Bonewit 170: Werst, Antologlou, Beogher, Baker 182: Pfister, Busse, Burk, Gillette 195: Baker, Garringer, Hinshaw, Potter 220: Biberstein, Rogers, Birch, Elzey HWT: Hemmelgarn, Short, Hakes, Henry
  6. I agree that SA wrestled flat on Saturday. And I agree that those three will defiantly be top three. However, the theme that seems to be going is that SA has wrestled "flat" in big matches. I give the edge to Bellmont but AC can defiantly get an upset if things pan out their way.
  7. 106: Boston, Kuhn, Micic, Cash 113: Brooks, James, Frane, Newkirk 120: Todd, Petrov, Campbell, Shepherd 126: Ayersman, Crume, Phillips, LeCount 132: McKinely, Molloy, Roe, Moody 138: Jackson, Bova, Hartman, McGugh 145: Tsirtsis, Faurote, Marvos, Lannert 152: Mullins, Rueger, Richey, McCloskey 160: Johnson, Harvey, Underwood, Stevenson II 170: Masengale, Willis, Mappes, Bowman 182: Lynde, Schaeffer, Hurford, Brandenstein 195: Sliga, Raypole, Berry, Baker 220: Kral, Knure, Robinson, Biberstein HWT: Suter, Hall, Stauffer, Bernard
  8. Cody Walburn (120, Adams Central) qualified last year and only has one loss on the season to Bobby Keuneke of Bellmont in the last seconds. This past weekend he beat Josh King of Roncalli 10-0 (who only lost 3-0 to Zach Krumlauf) and Ramirez of Warren Central 12-5.
  9. Bellmont may be "down", but they are still Bellmont. I think the result will repeat against South Adams Thursday.
  10. Very true... Fiechter isn't going 120 like the rankings say? Blake adams proved to be very tough tonight as well
  11. over the weekend Derek Ellenger (126, adams central) beat boots 9-2... to me it seems that he may be able to make a run at state.
  12. 119 Roe vs. Moss 125 Rieker vs. Batt 140 Boyd vs. Van Horn 152 Schwartz vs. Flamme
  13. Well, considering Grubb didn't make it to state, I think that your 215 is way off.
  14. I believe that the some of the best matches on the day will come at the Finals of 119, 140, 152, 171, and 215. Each class has no single favorite, yet each class is pretty good. Make sure ur ready for these matches!
  15. Y2, what place do you think Walburn at 112 will get? Also, what edge do you think Crume has over Batt at 125?
  16. A hwt that is able to wrestle 215, and the #1 hwt at that! Wow, that is crazy
  17. Melcher worked so hard in this match for his team, I was very impressed.
  18. Congrats to the Braves. I'd like to point out that Faurote wrestled great and put the team on his back. He showed leadership and I hope he carries that with him into SS this weekend.
  19. I like your moxey by picking Walburn for 3rd at 12, although he is coming off an injury, when he has his mind set to it, he can wrestle incredibly well.
  20. Yes, and I believe they are both incredible wrestlers and very closely matched. Saying this, my point that I was trying to make was Roe will work his way to finals, and have a great match in the SS finals, and that Roe and Chandler were both getting under estimated.
  21. You got some nice picks, but I have to say that I think Phillip Gerber will punch his ticket to state. He has only had 6 losses and I believe 5 of those were from your champ. Batt. Also, those losses weren't blowouts either, most of which came down to intense 3rd periods. Not taking anything away from Batt, he is a very great wrestler with a exceptional riding skills. I am ready for this weekend to come...
  22. Clark can do all the "extra conditioning" he wants to, but it won't make up for the fact the Bradley is simply a better wrestler. I wouldn't be betting any snow cones or anything on your boy or your going to be in trouble.
  23. First off, Roe and Carroll are the best two at 119 hands down. Also,Vanhorn showed nothing at Regionals even though he had success, with help from the worst regionals refs I have ever seen. However, I like your picks at 152
  24. In case you don't know, Roe beat Carroll at Regionals...He showed that he has a determination and heart in that match. He will defiantly do what he needs to do this weekend
  25. top 4 in order 103- Bevans, Hamm, Lee, Bowman 112- Que, Phillips, Walburn, Jolas 119- Roe, Carroll, George, Busz 125- Batt, Rushing, Crume, Gerber 130- Barroquillo, Crume, Mareau, Baysinger 135- Jackson, Downey, Bradley, Nix 140- Meska, Vanhorn, Faurote, Marsh 145- Hiestand, Burnfield, Matterson, Schultz 152- Lefever, Schwartz, Ehr, Busse 160- Lefever, Weber, Mahlan, Harvey 171- Hankenson, Bratcher, Enrietto, Hostetler 189- Neff, Raypole, Garringer, Evans 215- Grubb, Chalfant, Thatcher, Jakacki Hwt- Meyer, Walker, Forrest, Mason
