At that point it was 7-4. We went back and watched the video.

Gotta say your 145 just got lucky! I guess it helps to have Officials on your side to not make the right calls! When you see the kid have a take down, not get the 2, lets go and stands up holding hands in the air. Then the other kid start to stand and gets taken down again only for the Official to wave it off is ridiculous!!!! There were a lot of blatant missed calls! I guess we'll see how things roll on Saturday!!!! >

I had Emily winning it all too. Kinda got screwed by not getting some points that were deserved, but as always you can't leave it up to the Officials if you want to win the match. It was hard for me to watch. Obviously I wished the outcome would have been different since I am Emily's Momma. Maybe the Wrestling Gods will be on our side and he will get to fill in at Semi-State.

FishFly1 even though I'm Emily's Momma I have to give it to Lampe. He is a strong competitor and only makes our boys better. The Lampes' are strong wrestlers and it helps my boy work harder. I love wrestling and watching all the different styles and techniques. I will miss it next year, but I guess I will just have to come back and cheer on the team!!!! ;D

Definitely ready to start the wrestling for this weekend! There are going to be some great match ups and nail biters! That's what makes for some great wrestling! ;D

So Donita I'm likin your style! However, EMILY IS GOING TO KILL AT 145!!!!!!! He beat Kempf last year and will do it again. FC is taking it all!!!! Also, 112 for Kennedy? Don't you mean 113? I'm going to ate your John Cena poster and put a cut out of Marlers head over his! LOL!!!!!!

We have several wrestlers that will be heading off to college yet want to wrestle for teams like Wabash, UofIndy, Indiana Tech, IU and Purdue. What advise could you give to help the parents and wrestlers prepare? Is there a way to get the Coaches to come watch some of the matches for the team?

I have to say there are several wrestlers that should be ranked over several of the ones listed! Several FC wrestlers are highly under estimated in the Regional Preview for Jeffersonville!!! George Emily was a 2x Sectional Champ and Regional runner-up. He also is a 2x Semi-State qualifier. The entire FC team will be a force to reckoned with this year on the mat. I just think credit needs to be given where credit is due. -

Very happy the FC wrestlers did a great job yesterday! It was a close match up with Jeff. They definitely gave a run for the money. It will be great to see the guys compete next week at Regionals!
