Email satellite weigh-in and preregister information to snyderd@mishawaka.k12.in.us by 7:00 pm on Thursday, January, 6th. You must include each wrestlers name, age group, date of birth, actual weight, and weight class. NOTE: CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE KIDS THAT WANT TO WRESTLE BUT NEED TO TURN INFORMATION IN ON FRIDAY INSTEAD OF THURSDAY Sunday, January 9th, 7:30 am-8:15 am (All satellite weigh-in coordinators will register their group at this time. IF THE WEIGH-IN COORDINATOR DOES NOT TURN IN FORMS AND MONEY BY 8:15AM ON JAN. 9th, THOSE WRESTLERS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TOURNAMENT IMMEDIATELY!!!). Medals ~ 1st ? 3rd Place All age groups will begin wrestling at 9:00 am $15.00 for all wrestlers. You do not need a HYWAY card to enter. Your entry fee covers insurance costs! Proof of age will be required if wrestler is challenged within the first two rounds of competition. A birth certificate is the only form of validation that will be accepted. Modified High School Rules Age Groups 5-6 and 7-8: three, 1 minute periods All other age groups : three, 1 1/2 minute periods Singlets or t-shirt and shorts are required. Headgear and mouthpiece are recommended. If less than three wrestlers are in a weight class, the tournament has the right to move them up one weight class (in the same age group) except for heavyweight. 5-6: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, HWT (limit 91 lbs.) 7-8: 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 72, 77, 82, HWT (limit 105 lbs.) 9-10: 51, 55, 59, 63, 67, 71, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 110, HWT (limit 145 lbs.) 11-12: 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 112, 119, 126, 133, HWT (limit 200 lbs.) 13-14: 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 107, 114, 122, 130, 138, 145, 155, 170, HWT (limit 255 lbs.) 15-18: 103, 112, 119, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 152, 160, 171, 189, 215, 285 (All wrestlers must be 8th grade and under) Only two coaches per mat.
