I found this information on the IHSWCA website. Hopefully, it is correct. If not please don't shoot the messenger. The doors open @ 7:30am. All wrestlers need a valid USA wrestling card. Medical release form must be turned in between 7:30-8:30am. Wrestling begins @ 9:00am. What does ?in uniform? mean? (for weigh-in) In uniform means you are wearing anything that you will wear when you wrestle (except headgear) including, but not limited to, shoes, and singlet.

This is off the trackwrestling website. When you go to pre-register it shows the close date/time as 03/05/2009 10:00 p.m. C.S.T. Tournament Close Date/Time Matrix Wrestler List Pee-Wee-Novice Folkstyle State Finals 03/05/2009 10:00 p.m. C.S.T. Not Available Wrestler List So I am sure some believe they have until Thurs.
