  1. Got 6. Tried to buy more with wife's account and card - wouldn't let us.
  2. State only? Or can we include the 132 finals at Mishawaka this year?
  3. Or he was trying to be funny...and get a rise out of someone...and it worked.
  4. Anthony Lapsley at Snider The Carr brothers at Wawassee The Leavell brothers at Decatur Central Vernon Cannon at Lawrence Central Will Hill at Lawrence North James Brimm at Evansville Central
  5. Bellmont Myers - My-ers Davis - Dave-iss Martin - Mar-tin Faurote - Fuh-wrote
  6. It will be like staging for iswa state at tech high school... sitting right next to your competition...wondering who you have next
  7. I have an email into the ihsaa with no definitive answer yet.
  8. Agree...but compare to trying to get a group sitting together in the current format.
  9. An idea was mentioned on the Indianamat podcast last night along the lines of allowing each school a block of tickets that amounts to 10 tickets per qualifier, grouped together in a section. Assuming these would be all session tickets, I was thinking this would eliminate about 90% of the issues we are discussing this week. Athletes, coaches, families, and fans from one team would have seats together and they would have them for the whole tournament. The main drawback that people might still complain about is where the seats are located vs. other people having better seats, etc. And it wouldn't allow for every single supporter of that team to sit together. If they went this route it would account for about 2,500 of the 9,500 seats (26%) and would eliminate a lot of the headaches.
  10. Do we need to rename the ticket round now? The "floor pass (but still need to buy a ticket) round"
  11. Obvious transitive property takeaway...the scale can beat anyone.
  12. Which could easily be avoided by allowing all parents to buy all sessions tickets now if they want to.
  13. Related to this...do the participating athletes have seats? Where do they sit when they aren't wrestling? Will they need a ticket/seat for the finals if they aren't one of the finalists?
  14. That's what I am thinking too. Not exactly sure how it will work for the parents of the Friday night winners. Are there 112 seats that are set aside from the public sale. In which case there will be no opportunity for the parents of the wrestlers that lose Friday night to buy tickets on Friday - they will have to buy in Wednesday in the public sale to make sure they have tickets for Saturday.
  15. Or overbuy on Wednesday (assuming you can get tickets), getting tickets that you may not need if your kid wins.
  16. Yes. They still have to pay the purchase price and fees. In this case $15 for the one session ticket plus $10 in fees. And no option to buy the all sessions tickets.
  17. Unless someone else buys them first. Why not just let parents buy all sessions now if they want that regardless of whether their kid wins Friday night.
