It's time! It's time! Tonight at 5:30pm we are back, Jack! Last Tuesday was a packed house and this Tuesday it'll be jumpin'! If you want quality mat time with talented young studs that are all striving to be the absolute best they can, then Jimtown is definitely the place for you to be! Tap, snap, or take a nap. TheGenerealsDad, Every Tuesday at 5:30pm! Typically, we start off with a short warm up, light drill, and then right into live! When we have a Clinician, everything will be the same but they may show a little technique then right into live. We end at 7pm! Our numbers are usually pretty dang good. I would say in the 95-110lb range there are usually 6-8 guys or possibly more. There is a plethora of talented kids that come into our room, which makes it a great opportunity to get better.

Tomorrow at 5:30pm we open our room back up! Last week we had 60+ battlers in the room getting better! This week should be no different. Hope to see everyone there.

He unfortunately couldn't make it in the room due to family illness. I talked with him this morning and he assured me he will be in next Tuesday at 5:30pm. He said he is putting one of his WWE titles on the line. Will someone be able to conquer Fabio Sr? The question remains. I know this much, there will be a lot of #2Claps #andaRicFlair going on and possibly a #Yes chant during warm up because having fun is unheard of.

WOW!!! If you were at Jimtown last night, you know what I mean. The room was packed tight with 60+ from several different schools (Goshen, Elk Central, Elk Memorial, Lafayette Harrison, Mishawaka, Riley, CMA, Triton, Rochester). We also had quite a few college wrestlers that are on Spring Break come in! Out of those 60+, there were roughly 15 State Qualifiers and Finalists working towards #BreakingTheBank again next year! Coaches from different schools were in helping out and wrestling! It was awesome to be there and watch these battlers bang it out and get better! A little insight on what some groups looked like: Group 1 - C.Mejia, Watts, A.Davis, McCartney Group 2 - Eli, Paz, Mammolenti, Ritchie Group 3 - Gimson, Penrod, Flores, Gimson That is only 3 groups out of a packed room! You be the judge. Are you willing to do what it takes to reach the next level? These guys made the decision and packed the room. Next week should be no different! #BaugoIs2Legit #NowYouKnow

Beginning at 5:30pm our room will be poppin once again! We expect to have several wrestlers from all over Michiana and down south, which will make for a great night of wrestling and getting different looks! Why not take advantage of this? Side note.. I've received word from a reliable source that Fabio Sr will be in the house! Yes, Fabian Chavez. Will he take someone to #SuplexCity? Come find out, get better, and have some fun!

The first Jimtown open mats were jumpin! We had quite a few state qualifiers and placers in the room banging it out from 5 different schools! We definitely want to make a special shout out to Trey from Harrison for making the long trip over to Baugo! We definitely appreciate the dedication to get better and make others better along the way! That is traditionally what our room has been all about and it will only get better as the offseason rolls on! Tuesday, March 8th at 5:30pm, business is about to pick up! We expect to have another room that is off the chain with studs coming from down south and all over the frozen tundra that is the north! The question is.... Due to Jimtown hosting the Basketball Sectional, the Jimtown RTC will once again be open to all on Thursday, March 3rd at 5:30pm! The following week (3/8) we will be back on Tuesdays! Typically, we have around 70 guys in the room ranging from the ankle biters to the big guys! There are many guys that are looking to make it to the next level and many guys that are State qualifiers, placers, and champs! Kids come from all over and continue to make this room poppin! Jimtown will start rocking Tuesday, March 1st at 5:30pm!! Last off-season we had around 70 wrestlers each Tuesday working on getting to the next level! A lot of those guys were State Champs, Placers, and Qualifiers!! We hope to continue that this year. We had guys coming from all over (Penn, Elk Memorial, Elk Central, Mishawaka, Rochester, Peru, Avon, Warsaw, SB Riley, SB Washington, a few Michigan schools, etc). The strategy at Team State was to make the necessary moves in order to win the dual. The objective in a dual match is to win. Obviously, it would be great to have individual match-ups but in order to win a dual you have to do some research and make the adjustments to pick up dual match points anywhere possible. I'm very anxious for this weekend and wish everyone the best of luck on their journey to the Individual State Finals! -
