From a fans point of view I was a little upset. I was looking forward to this match. But coach vink has been around along time and you just have to respect his decision and believe that he made the decision based on what he thought was best for the team and kral.

In the post today the merrillville coach stated that both 125 & 152 were injured I think it made sense to bump avalos to 152. I don't think many people outside of merrillville thought the score would be much different. I predicted more than 25 points cp won by 26 and I thought merrillville would win four matches they ended up winning 5. Cp also beat #4 Mishawaka by 28. So until proven otherwise I think it is a three team race between emd pm and cp. On a side note fuqua looked very good as did Padilla.

I think merrilvlle will wrestle m.d. this weekend in St.Louis. We should get a better idea where m.d. will stand against cp after that. I know that it's all about match ups but at least we will get an idea.

I don't think warrior represents any of the coaches from any school especially merrillville. Like I said before I don't think you will hear any of the coaches complaining. I actually think they got decent seeds. Hard to argue for berry against an undefeated state qualifier the #2 seed is the correct seed. Also the 4 & 5 seeds don't really matter. So I think over all the seeds are pretty good.

I think it may be difficult for some coaches to get there the day after Christmas. Also I don't think you will hear any COACHES that did not appear complain about their seeds especially on the message board.

That's a good win for munster. When was the last time they beat portage? -
I was not there. But I believe they did not wrestle all their starters. The person I spoke with was not to familiar with Yorktown. Maybe someone close to the team can fill us in as to why they did not wrestle.

Just heard merrillville won. I believe it was 40-18.
