  1. This was meant for the person that said he wrestled for Chauncey. Is this Eddie Doyle?
  2. ok, now you have me wondering who this is? We must have been teammates. Coach Tonte
  3. Braden, I wish you the best of luck and look forward to seeing you compete at the next level. Great career. You are a true champion to us at PM. Congrats Coach T
  4. Good job Bandon. Also to all other Marion County kids, great showing. The county is starting to make a come back.
  5. Yep, you are right. Maybe the hat can help hide my head:)
  6. Tiger, congrats. You now have to give up the shirt to me. It was nice to see hard work pay off. You took loses at Fargo to heart and with the coaching of Danny you made your time and efforts worthwhile. Young Atwood, what a stud as well. Its been fun watching you develop over the years. Two great kids. Congrats to both. Coach Tonte and PM staff
  7. Kirk Johnson, sophomore semi state champ at 140 and Jared Mckinley, 2x qualifier already. Two pretty tough sophomores. You add in Andre Richards and that is a pretty good threesome as sophomores.
  8. ....and Kyler Fleener looked good as well. He was way under weight but wrestled tough.
  9. PM also had some tough draws but wrestled well and had some near misses with Tyler Fleener and Ryan Stinson. Also, DJ Brookbank looked good. Great job guys. You will get em next time.
  10. Great job Rex and New Castle. Very well ran tournament. Great job PM wrestlers with 10 placewinners. Champs-Cody Lecount, Wes Bernard; runner ups-Brett Johnson, Jacob Cottey and Aiden kenney; Third-Ben Stewart; 5th-Jimmy Montgomery; 6th-Kaz Koehring; 7th-Matt Kelly; 8th-Sam Stoffer. Keep up the good work boys. Lets stay together for many years to come.
  11. How about Derek Harz and Logan Cooper of Perry Meridian. Harz was jv last year and semi state runner up saturday losing 6-3 to the undefeated Robinson of HSE. Cooper, wow, jv until after Christmas and defeats Buchanon, Wright 2x, Balbach just to name a few. He will be moving on to Conseco as well. Two years ago Chris Stepp went from JV to Third in the state for PM as well as Sampson Cook, who went from JV to pinning the number 2 ranked kid(Chris Conte, WC) in the same year. Great job guys. You never know when your chance is coming.
  12. Am I missing it somewhere on here. What time does the regional start tonight and is it only for one night. Also, is it located at the high school or did they move it somewhere?
  13. Rankings guy, thanks for all you do. I did want to give an update on Jason Simmons, 12th, 125 Perry Meridian. He pinned Chappelle from Pen, He Beat Mcginley 9-4. He lost to wright, Keiffer2xs, Somer and Wisler. His only other losses are to kids he has beat as well. He lost to the Bloom South kid and then tech falled the same kid 3 weeks later 15-0 at the conference finals. He lost to McClurg by dec and won by fall. He lost to Tran bey dec. and won by fall. Just giving him some props before tourney time. Good job
  14. It aint the six minutes, its what happens in those six minutes!!!!
  15. Ill see if I can get Zach to post it.
  16. PM 53 BD 10 Varsity PM 61 BD 6 JV
  17. Coach Brown, can you post records with those as well.
  18. Wow, Thats strong. We would have a chance in about 4 weights or so. Maybe a few more. We could get steamrolled like Mishawaka.
  19. Just for fun, strickly fun. Lets do a Cathedral vs Perry on paper, all time meet. You can not use Lance at more than one weight class!!!!
  20. Tony, you are officially invited to the PM room for some good ole Falcon hospitality.
  21. Decbell1, Great job on rankings. I appreciate your hard work. As for Catherdral goes they finally have their team. Stokes is at hw, Buchanon down to 215, Gillum at 135. They fft. 2 wieghts and lost to portage on an unsportsmanlike, 33-33. They had 2 weights filled at Connersville. They are much better now. It will be a good dual between Cathedral and Roncalli. Now as for Perry I want to give a recap of the last 15 days (since Dec. 30th) after dropping 4 spots in the rankings. Here is who they wrestled - wow!! Beat # 19 Carmel 42-17 Beat # 17 Catherdral 33-29 Beat # 15 New Pal 47-15 Beat # 11 Bellmont 39-34 Beat # 10 Bloomington South 33-20 ( South lost by 5 to EMD) Beat # 9 Penn 47-19 (look at the Penn - Mishawalca 36-21 match to see how much closer PM-Mish. could have been) Beat # 8 Portage 39-17 Beat # 7 Castle 37-18 (Castle lost to EMD by 2, merriville lost to EMD by more) Beat Delphi 48-25 (team state finalists) Beat Warren Central 51-24 (Warren has been ranked) Lost to #1 Ranked Mishawaka 47-12 Pretty good run for the last 15 days - I would hope PM is battle tested.
  22. Hudgins did lose in OT after getting two late third period takedowns and losing a takedown on the edge on a very tired opponent in OT. Tough loss. Great comeback in the third though.
  23. How about a low single to a wing. Whats that beat.
