  1. I actually heard a coach say this to his wrestlers before a tournament this year. "It ain't the six minutes... it's what happens in that six minutes" Needless to say, someone had recently gotten his Vision Quest batteries recharged before the tourney. I then realized I need a life because I knew immediately what movie this line was from.
  2. Uhhh! No. They would actually be providing a services for those poor souls of wrestling fans that are looking for a place to eat. Because as soon as the establishment realizes the reservation is void the next walk-in (let's say from Union County) has a place to sit and enjoy a meal that they otherwise would not be able to.
  3. Why not make reservations every :30 minutes starting at 2:00pm until 4:00pm. Just change the names on the reservations but make a note of which names you use at which times. This way you don't have to rely on the infinite wisdom of this message board.
  4. Randy told me he called in sick from work again. Something about cheese on his cauliflower ear so the doctor told him to stay home for 2 weeks. I swear to god that's what he said.
  5. If the youngsters from Noblesville bring it like they have done in the duals, they could be successful on Saturday. But! if it's like conference, not so much. Wormuth has had decent soph. season. I look for him to do well at HH. Lovitt is not wresling for NHS.

  7. If these seedings and pigtails are correct, I am seeing something that I haven't seen all year - A tourney without any forfeits. I doubt that will actually happen but it's nice to see all the slots filled

  14. Lovitt from Noblesville will likely go 135
  15. I've heard many, many good things about this young man. It will be interesting to see how he does as a freshman @ 171-189. Mitch is a great kid and a pretty good wrestler also. For Mitch to get to 171 this year, they'll probably have to take off a leg. I would say 189 at the lowest.
  16. Mitch Sliga - Fishers HS Austin Neibarger - Cathedral Are a couple that may have decent freshman seasons

  19. If I recall, back in 82 & 83 - Greg Smith (LN) & Greg Frieje (Avon) went at it a number times in some important matches. I don't recall the final totals but Frieje won the matches when it counted most.
  20. I do not see Reidling listed in the bracket. Why is he not wrestling?

  23. Austin's toughest match of that weekend was when he continuously said he could takedown his dad. The match took place on mat 10 after the finals - and let it be known, he has still not taken down his dad. Great Job!!!
