SEEDING MEETING: DEADLINES: Coaches need to enter their wrestlers and their wrestlers’ criteria to trackwrestling.com no later than Monday, 1/27/14 at noon. ENTRY: Door #4 (enter the athletic parking lot via the Oriental St. entrance) LOCATION: Hospitality Room in West Gym DATE: Monday, January 27th TIME: 7:00 pm (refreshments will be served) NEEDED MATERIALS: Official Scorebook, Weigh-in Sheets, and Alpha Master Sheet II. TOURNAMENT TIME SCHEDULE: DOORS OPEN: 7:00 AM For Teams WEIGH-IN: 7:30 AM Wrestling Room COACHES MEETING: 8:45 AM Hospitality Room WRESTLING BEGINS: 9:00 AM Pigtail Round, 4 Mats III. ADMISSION: $6.00 Doors will open at 8 am for spectators IIII. TEAM INFORMATION: • Check in will be at door #4 of the West Gym. Coaches will need to stop at the table and pick up their team packet and notify tournament personal of any lineup changes. Contestants, student manager, coaches, and athletic director will be admitted free of charge. • Administrators and bus drivers will need to use the sign in sheet and will be admitted free of charge. • All other personnel (alternates, reserves, and fans) must pay for tickets. All spectators will be directed to the balcony section of the gymnasium. • Participants will have access to the locker rooms. Please bring your own locks if you desire to secure your belongings. Arsenal Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen items. • A certified trainer will be on duty all day. • Videotaping may be done from the balcony so long as it does not restrict egress or obstruct the view of others. Please bring a battery pack. The Indianapolis Public Schools Athletic Conference, IPSAC Wrestling Championships will be this Friday, January 24, 2014 @ Washington Community High School. Competition starts at 5:00pm. Brackets will be posted on trackwrestling shortly after weigh-ins. Come and and see Indianapolis Public Schools finest before going to attend other conference tourneys on Saturday. Friday night will be a great night for wrestling. Feel free to post predications for the team race!!!! See ya Friday night. I am sure Robert Faulkens will be in attendance.

The Tech Titan Super 6 has been postponed due to inclement weather this Saturday, Jan, 11th. Teams that are we scheduled to participate were: Attucks, Chatard, Concordia, Scecina, and Speedway. We are looking for another date.

I was just asking people's thoughts or that matter. I know that I cannot "give" an additional pound for Sat. Unless schools are not in session on Friday. On another note, Matt brought up a good point with it being to up the school corporation. Our policy is that if school is not in session you cannot hold practice. Being cancelled that is due to inclement weather.

With the way the weather is there is no telling about school Friday how is the Ft. Wayne area?

So is IPS we, Tech is hosting a tourney Sat. I am thinking about adding and additional pound. We are your thoughts???

Vinny is a great wrestler and has a VERY good chance of winning a state title this year. The coaches voted on the John Hurrle Outstanding Wrestler Award, and it was a close vote 5-4. Not to mention that Hendon had all pins on the day and is a former two City Runner up. The last time the a Cathedral wrestler had won the OW was Tyler Willis. I believe that was three years ago.
