For all of you guys keeping receipts on what I am guessing is a kid who is shaking up the board.
Do you think Crown Points coaches are going to keep these receipts and comments for if/when they are back on top.

Coach Hawkins sent me a text this morning asking us to Ban @DawgPoundRed I’ll talk to Joe about it but I am not for censorship unless it’s something really offensive and not someone bragging on their squad

everyone is celebrating CP failure and trying to minimize Brownsburg success. Cp didn’t lose a title The burg took that thing with 2 studs working on 4 titles, and if the rumor mill is correct they are adding another one

    real question

how many people who are all worked up would take CP state finals this year(9 medals, a champ, a runner up, 12 qualifiers) for Their programs next 5 years?

As a proud Calumet Alumni I would take that.

we will announce on the state recap show what we decided

No ban should be had for Dawgpound. He said what he thought. Had crown point down even 3/4s of what he said it wouldn’t have blown up like it did. Just a person loving his team. Also Dawgpound did seem to be a good sport in his post regarding what was happing during the tournament. I also agree I was on my way to say this exact thing every program in the state would love to do what crown point did this year every year.

The ticketing issue was a Ticketmaster thing. Not sure if there were some settings that weren't properly selected or what. From what I was told when you selected an All-Session ticket it was giving you different seats for every session. Thus when someone went to select seats for a specific session they were also selecting those seats that were being given to the All-Session ones. Basically that created havoc and crashed the site. That is why people's seats were being adjusted when they got their tickets. This definitely was NOT an IHSAA thing, unless you want to whine about assigned seats.

Easy fix, all tickets need to be all sessions.

  3. No disrespect towards Hockaday he was my 100% lock all season. The fact that people really were taking Demarco or Thrine was laughable (no shots at those kids in anyway they are studs) but Hockaday is P4P the best wrestler in the state. But to the point Hockaday is just on another level then the current competition, but Mendez was on a whole different planet. Mendez by major or better it wouldn’t be close IMO.

Congrats to Waylon Cressell.  Several out of state studs have come into Indiana over the past several decades, but most don’t win out single class state title.  If you take away Sergio Lemley’s Covid Year (and he’s actually a IN born and raised that jumped borders for school) I’m not sure we can find too many out of state studs that won a title here. Especially year one.

Winners win, he knows he’s good, if he wants a take down he gets it very humble forsure

We just picked up our tickets that where in section 206. But got moved to an end row in  section 111. We had our group all close to each other. Not anymore.

So you are saying the tickets you originally purchased are not the tickets you received?

Got the digital tickets just now...the tickets I bought were in 116. Looks like these are the same row and seat #s in 117...

What row in 117? Mine where in 117 row N now I’m in row 116 row N.

What has been the issue? I got 12 tickets in the lower level this morning in about 5 minutes.

Some people are just lucky. It’s hit and miss for me every year. This year I was extremely lucky and got the exact tickets I wanted for my group and was in at 10 and checked out by 10:02. Last year was a nightmare signed in 30 minutes before they were available. Waited till they went on sale and consistently had issues with tickets in both my phone and computer but was fortune enough to get tickets after 20 minutes of trying.

I just heard that this is solely a Ticketmaster issue.  They have their advanced team working on fixing the problem as quickly as possible and hope to have tickets available for purchase within the hour.  Ticketmaster hasn't seen this type of response since Taylor Swift ticket sales crashed their site (they didn't actually say that part).

I was told that anyone who has purchased tickets that said to pick up at will call should be receiving their tickets digitally as expected.

Thank you for the heads up

  9. Purchased my 4 tickets for state but they say delivery method is willcall, and that I need my id and card used to purchase to pick them up. Never had this before the past few years I just download them to my phone and scan anyone have the same issue or know where I’m supposed to pick my tickets up at?

I thought the injured contestant was awarded the match by default?

Thats what I thought aswell. Since the last point scored was an illegal slam and the wrestler couldn’t continue. The match is awarded to the injured wrestler regardless if the coach wants to accept the win or not. Because the medical forfeit was the result of the p

match I’m trying to find it in the rule book now.
