. That Snyder guy sounds awesome................I heard he never smiles or has fun in the room.........I heard he once had a kid do wall stands for 65 minutes because he looked like he was having a hint of fun in a practice.........Man he is super intense all the time and his kids just work hard non stop in their quest to be: #TheNextChampion ...................from #TheCounty. I wonder if he has any super awesome assistant coaches that keep things light hearted and balance out all of his seriousness ????...............oh yea #PainTrain

. I was laughing when I typed it and am still laughing at that line and that movie and it was kind of a shout out to my buddy coach Seymour...........I would like to think I am not a bad guy or evil person and am as interested as the next guy in how to make this process work for everyone and can openly admit there are issues and they need to be addressed and we will be doing so in the next few months.

no belts present, no kendo sticks and no beatings for Fabio.........................but there were lots of area kids banging it out and getting better during the off season. Thanks to the Purdue coaching staff for coming to help kids in #TheCounty get better !!!! -
And for the record I was the guy working at the gate taking all the crumpled up dirty money and placing wrist bands on all the sweaty people at FS/GR state at the main door.....The dirty money and sweaty comment is because I have clearly have a non diagnosed OCD and have to keep everything around me clean at all times to the point that I don't even like shaking hands with people or taking the communion tick tack at church from the bowl..............so this job is my therapy and I am trying to "get outside my bubble". I am about 5'6" and could stand to lose a couple of pounds that I must have put on over the winter (thanks for not noticing), and have short hair beginning to gray slightly. By this description everyone should be able to find me and feel free to sit and chat with me at any time about anything they want. As a matter of fact I let Fabio Jr yell at me for about 45 minutes straight and I believe he feels better today for it (Coach Snyder told me this is his preferred method of dealing with Fabio also...........kind of like letting him wear himself out).

. have Joe or anyone else submit his list of kids that wrestled this last wknd without having two verified qualifiers under their belt and we will talk. I know for sure based on the results tabulated by the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse that there were no kids wrestling last weekend that did not have the qualifiers met. anyone..............................................................................

. Did you want to send Fabio as a personal representative on your behalf ? He could certainly carry your message with him and convey all the helpful tips, strategies and advice you may have to help right the ship and I can pick him up very easily. Again thanks for all you do that is positive, now I got to get back to reading about you blasting the ISWA and going back and for the with MD92 and Grecoref on another post about FS state.

. I can have someone come pick you up if you would like to save some gas money for you ? I am certain that we could all benefit from having you there in person to convey your gathered thoughts and data so we can get started "fixing" all the problems caused by the ISWA volunteers. for the record you do a lot of great things for IN kids and Indiana wrestling..............its some of the things you do to tear the ISWA down that are highly questionable as to if they truly have the kids best interest in mind.

Joe I can only assume we are going to see you and your list of "issues" at the next meeting right ?...... Come on down and spend the afternoon with some of the people that you are upset with who are trying to help out the kids of Indiana Wrestling. Respond however you wish but as long as you do not make any type of concerted effort to "help" the situation and only try to throw jabs and daggers at people then you are only hurting the situation. Please take your valuable time like all the rest of us do and come to a meeting and lay out your grand plan to increase the numbers and help the kids of Indiana better than is currently being attempted. I believe someone said it best above and it seems like all you want to do is sit back and just complain and drag people thru the mud without any type of help or assistance being offered. So See you on June 26 at 12p sharp sir ????? and if you need help carrying in all of your information gathered just let one of us know and I will come right out to help.

Mario, Do you really believe that the best way for a community paid educator to spend his day is on a message board forum debating back and forth with people about what is measurable on your body and what is not ?.......You are always so angry and confrontational about everything you post....How about shaping young middle school minds and making a positive influence on the kids in your direct control and leave all this other stuff to non-taxpayer employee's.......Now if the time comes that you have something of value to contribute then and only then (after school hours of course) feel free to post.

. In talking with Fred Franklin this year he mentioned to me that his event is continually growing and has gotten bigger than he even expected. He said over the next few years he has some things in the plans to expand even further and possibly even a location change to a bigger venue to accommodate some of the additions...He has researched and found that the UNI dome is willing to host him which will allow for all teams and divisions (elementary and middle school) to be in same place instead of main arena and side gym. He also said he has had a lot of interest and pressure from all the states that attend this event for elementary and middle school to begin a High School division as well and he plans to do so !!!! Can you imagine putting together hammer teams from IN in all three divisions going out to this event and having success. This tournament is a top notch tournament from start to finish and everyone can benefit from the national level competition that attends this event.
