Great job Jeremiah!!! If I have to pick a favorite it is going to be Him!! I hope to see Hudkins and Reitz in the finals!!! I will go ahead and call Reitz!!! But there are so many great kids here, Black obviously a serious threat, and they all match up so oddly!!! Like I said its gonna be fun!!!

I think the ranking guy did all he could do. Reitz tomorrow and then the rankings guy will know why I said this would be a fun weight to watch!

Did you watch the Egli Elliot match? The announcer and the setting definitely won Elliot that match. Egli with a clear take down (stalemate). When he stacked Elliot over his head, may have been a 5 count definitely worth 2. Egli should have won by at least 3. Won't happen at state. Elliot has a shot but in my opinion its a long shot.

As a big fan of wrestling, that was one of the most intense and exciting matches I've ever witnessed. Mt.Vernon pulls off a 33-32 win with a close decision in the final match at 126. Two very good teams with lots of good individuals who all could make a deep run in the state tournament!

The Yorktown HS wrestling team would like to thank Coach Alcorn, and his staff, for a very well run Turkey Classic duals event. We enjoyed opening our season up in southern Indiana, and the hospitality was outstanding at Mt. Vernon HS.
