Manspeaker only won 1-0 last night over the freshman Kahlenbeck from Mishawaka. Kahlenbeck is pretty solid, but Manspeaker is getting way too much hype on this board...

I think Penn has at least 1 or 2 that won't make it out of Regionals... Are you saying Manspeaker will make it out of semi-state? No way!

I think the way to keep this tournament as top-notch as it is would be to let current teams know that if you do not have a wrestler from your school place in the top 8, then you will not be invited back the next year...

Cash may be a State Champion, but 138 was the weakest weight class last year. Lee tech'd everyone at Fargo and would destroy Cash...

I was there, so I can say that Forte dominated LeCount for 2 and a half periods and just got a little high and got caught. In fact, LeCount should have been hit for stalling at least twice for backing up and then the official called stalemate at the beginning of the third period and didn't give Forte his escape point. Forte will win the rematch under the lights!
