Does the first round count for scoring? 2.Is the scoring for falls and decisions the same as regular tournament? 3.What team has won the title with fewest wrestlers at State? Yes: I don't believe they have any rules modification 3. Not sure but I know there have been a couple instances of smaller schools making a decent run due to a few studs.
