I don't know if the compression shirt and shorts will make that much of a difference in bringing the numbers up as some people think, but as of right now, aren't young wrestlers pretty much allowed to wear anything at local tournaments? Does ISWA require a singlet for participation at their state events or just weigh-ins? Maybe it's something that local state Associations adjust to allow compression shirt and fight/compression shorts to be wore in place of singlet to give wrestlers options, but also weigh-in in that same gear to wrestle in.
