Giving up a TF rather than a pin can be the difference in your team winning or losing a dual meet. Bingo! I'm sure there's coaches out there reading this topic and shaking their heads... Tec falls are impressive, dont get me wrong, but what about the quick pins? The 20 seconds or less where you come out take them down, turn them over, and slap the mat? That's IMPRESSIVE!
