Yeah! you guys are right. Penn is a better fighter, but I don't really like him. That is why I want Sanchez to win.

Which Penn is going to show up? That's why I am going with Sanchez. Guida is awesome. I saw him driving once a he waved at me, so I gotta go with the Guida. Fitch all the way. Dana White needs to stop hating on Fitch and promote him. He is Sherdog's seventh best fighter. Dude can throw a beating down, and take one too.

I'm excited about this card. Penn v Sanchez exciting fight. Guida v Florian good fight. And Fitch is fighting. I always like Fitch fight. I am predicting Sanchez by TKO, Guida by split d., and Fitch by K.O. or submission.
  4. I need one more team my friends. It is a well run tournament held at Colonel John Wheeler Middle School in Crown Point, IN. If you are interested, please contact eboswell@cps.k12.in.us. Thanks!
  5. I need more info on this before I contact my AD!
  6. Point in fact Dan gable wrestled 98 when he was a freshman. Many great wrestlers start at 103. It is a weight class that gives young kids a chance to wrestle Varsity and gain experience. What happens to the kids who don't make the weight minimum????
  7. Henderson all the way! Bisping is a whining tool!
  8. Transfers: All areas loose kids. People move. CP has had a couple solid kids leave and move after middle school. Other schools have had the same thing. That's life! People move. Middle School State: there is a lot of talented kids who don't compete in this tournament, so this isn't really an accurate predicator of success. Region power house???
  9. Congrats to all the CP wrestlers and coaches. You guys looked great out there. It was a total team effort to get and win that title. It was excited watching the whole thing happen.
  10. I am going win Crown Point here. Those kids have improved so much this season. I don't know what they are doing in practice, but it must be working.
  11. I decided that next year I am banning all shaking of hands with my team. We are going to hug like that guy on Ultimate fighter 8.
  12. There is an old saying that goes a big sail catches more wind than a small one or is it a big man blows more wind than a small one, I forgot. I think that applies here!
  13. Anybody watch that match? Wow! Way to represent Indiana wrestling.
  14. Quote from: AJ on Today at 11:08:28 AM Why if someone has a different opinion on something are they hating on a specific school? If a person believes you should shake hands, then they probably have a problem with all schools that do not shake hands. The topic gets brought up every year, kinda like class wrestling. People do not dislike Y2 or others who support class wrestling, they just do not like the idea. I am sure Y2 does not personal dislike the people who oppose class wrestling, just their beliefs about single class wrestling. Discussing class wrestling is one thing. Discussing whether another coach is teaching his kids to be sportsman is another thing entirely. If you want to discuss that, then you leave off other peoples names. It gets personal, and it is wrong.
  15. Posted by: mtv2112 Insert Quote Some people just like having a cause to protest against. I don't believe any of those posts were hateful to any kids or coaches. But if you are looking for something or trying to read between the lines for hidden meanings and agendas, then you have a cause. They seem a little personal! I disagree!
  16. By the way, I say we give boo points to all these hand shaking people! I am! All of them!
  17. Sorry, I had to start a new thread because I wasn't about to read all that garbage. Talk about a bunch of sore losers. Everytime Crown Point or any school does really well somebody has to complain that they do something wrong. In my book these people are called sore losers and are the worstkind of sportsman. Wrestlers shake hands before the match, right before the match, and after the dual is over. That's three times. After team regional people complained that CP was working the refs. Not a real justified complaint by the way. Now after their kids did really well. They don't shake hands enough. Shut up already! I know the CPHS coaches and they all are good guys and the kids are nice too. P.S. The Grey thing is total garbage! P.P.S. Great job CP! Go win State!
  18. Nice work bulldogs: wrestlers and coaches alike! Now go win team state! On a side note, I am a coach, and I think shaking hands is in a word, gross. I can't tell you how many times a wrestler has wiped his nose, had blood on his hand, or wiped his mouth. Sometimes I just refuse to shake hands.
  19. I forgot what the site is, and I can't get down there. Thanks!
  20. Nobody likes cutting weight, but it is part of the game. You have to be smart about it and do what is best for the team--not just yourself.
