Way to go Duneland teams, I'm a Merrillville fan 1st and Duneland 2nd. great job CP and Portage. I knew Portage was tougher than the team i saw on Wensday.

112,119,125 were all close matches it seemed to me that the Portage kids were gassed in the 3rd period and couldnt finish strong. they seemed almost out of shape and Merrillville just wore them down.

the refs lost control totally, they must have been from Chicago. -
here here, congrats to all bulldogs wrestlers. and coach let the kids determine the outcome of the match, not your constant whinning to the refs its very unprofessional, your kids are good enough to get it done.

the last time i was there, they used the doors at the far east side of the building, if you were looking out of them you would be able to see the portage 16 theater.

it was Damien Torres, the meet started at 119 Portage only losses were at 103,112,160,285 Portage just outclassed L.C. Martinez Tec fall over L.C. at 130. Santos Pin over L.C. at 135.Sailor Pin over L.C. at 140. Nuzzo Pin over L.C. at 145. L.C. forfeit 152. The only close matches were Torres over Escobedo 2-0 at 119, Acuna over L.C. 5-3. and Coppinger loss 6-4.

last night at Portage. McMurray sat this one out, speculation is he has a hurt shoulder.

FYI Escobedo from Lake Central lost to Torres from Portage and Coppinger Lost to Bryan Smith from Lake Central.
