  1. Manchester will be here tonight at 5
  2. Coaching Pool applicants: Thank you for applying to be on a 2016 ISWA Summer trip. Currently the coaches pool is over 100 coaches deep, so it is no easy task to narrow them down. Much is taken into consideration in these – date of application (prior to state), participation in past trips (working your way from schoolboy up – rare to go straight to Fargo – just put dues in), participation in local RTC, and the year round development of wrestling – not just your club but ISWA and USAW – trips are about the development of the STATES KIDS! (ANYONE APPLYING AFTER STATE THIS YEAR WAS NOT PUT UP FOR CONSIDERATION, BUT WILL BE AN ALTERNATE) Below is the list as it stands as of 5/20/16. Congratulations on your selection. If you did not make the trip this year please look at the above standards – selection process, and put in again. Rare that coaches get their first pick trip right off the bat. It does happen that coaches must bail due to family and work obligations, and we take some last minute adjustments. So some changes might be made. COACHES THAT HAVE BEEN SELECTED – 1) Respond to your team leader so they know your in! (I am not the team leader) 2) Put in for work now!!!! Camps are mandatory for coaches of each trip baring PRIOR communication. Let ME and TEAM LEADER know your camp situation if you have trouble attending. THIS IS A MUST. Leaving camp for others isn’t proper, and will reflect on future trip selection. FARGO CAMP –IS July 10-11-12 at Indiana Tech – coaches must attend!!! (HS coaches plan on arriving late Sunday night or early Monday morning to pay attention to Moratorium rules). 3) I have contacted your team leaders and let them know where your paperwork stands – keep up on it! Technically it was to be done prior to application. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! 5. yep, public hanging in Jeff, that 4th grader is a stud, we couldn't be the club we are without cheating. I especially love bashing volunteers. When I can cheat and bash some volutneers from behind a computer screen I feel better about myself. some people on here probably feel amazing by that standard! I am gonna start a diapers division and see if I can slip past the volunteers trying to keep things even for kids. Or...... even better, I won't do anything. I won't do anything to help anyone at all. I will sit behind a computer screen and talk. And then when others go do things I will bash them and be little them and make them wish they didn't help. Ill make them feel so bad that they quit helping and then ill just go to all those tourneys we have in Indiana without ISWA sanction cause I hear there are tons of them. I'm just glad there is a watch dog for all the ISWA board members that get this amazing kick back from the entry fees. I mean that must be what they are doing right? they get kick back cause 90% of them don't have kids wrestling, so they must be doing it for the money. Wait, maybe they do it just to screw a few people over that aren't even at state. just ones that watch to see if others make mistakes. its nice being perfect to be able to do that. What's even better is doing nothing and just making fun of others. I gotta go, there has to be another conspiracy. I heard that I could win my golf scramble this weekend if I just put in some more elementary kids. I wonder if it surprises anyone that most the volunteers don't read this board, I got 4 phone calls today alone just letting me know that people are still talking about this major world scandal. I bit, and read it again. Stupid me, now I am lowering myself to responding. One of my favorite quotes on here usually is "we gave suggestions on here but nobody listened" - of course they didn't they were already turned off by you, your screen name, or associates of you that bash that volunteer. thank you for everyone that makes me laugh! its a good life.
  6. Coach Gill your absolutely right, we had an entire conspiracy to get in a 4th grader. You are so right.
  7. happy that Jeffersonville got in on this! Yes, there is a conspiracy. I also know where area 51 is, and who killed JFK. I try to keep my hand in as many conspiracy's as possible, especially in the world of 4th grade wrestling. Back to teaching and coaching and thinking up shady ways to slip elementary girls into tourneys. It is probably what I am best known for. have a great debate fellas! Hey joe, I sent you a text a few hours ago......... respond if needed so I don't have to read all this on here.

  9. May 4 – Chad Red Sr. / Jr. - wow!! Aprox. 55 kids from around Louisville KY, Jeff, Avon, new pal, brownsburg, floyd central, new albany, salem and jeffersonville. Chad Red Sr. and Jr. put on a show!!! I had never got to watch them in a practice setting. But I will say that same energy you see on the mat under the lights is there for an entire practice. Due to traffic it took them four hours to get here (2:30pm to 6:30pm) but they stayed until 8:30 wrestling all comers, and showing some of the best technique I had seen in a long time. Coach Red's mat room coaching philosophy and the way he ran the room was outstanding. Every kid felt like a stud - if I were an administrator evaluating a teacher - he hit everything you were looking for in a classroom. Positive energy, all kids on task at all times, relevant information given, and the "student/teacher" interaction was non stop. If you get a chance to be in a practice ran by C-red and son, do so. next week Thomas Moore college
