    I totally understand the thought of thinking of the kid's safety first, and wrestling comes 2nd to health. On that note, it's too bad that they can't patch him up and get him out there to win 1 match, and buy himself another week of recovery.

    I'm telling you, nobody is picking Roe over Bevans, but last Saturday, Roe vs Adams was close. Last night Adams vs Bevans was not.

    I was just thinking about this today. There are 9 teams in the Jay County sectional. There are 56 total regional qualifiers out of each sectional. Bellmont (North Adams) 12 Adams Central 7 South Adams 10 Total = 29 regional qualifiers from Adams County. The other 6 teams which represent 3 other counties, and a part of a 4th county = 27 regional qualifiers from Wells County, Jay County, Blackford County, and part of Randolph County. Adams County will be well represented at the Jay County regional.

    Coach Ryan, 67 to 27 is your best bet. You can always try 67 to 1 to 124, but then you have to drive through Bluffton. Whoever wins the Yorktown vs Bellmont match will win regional..........then meet Perry Merdian

    I would say that Delaney most likely won't get bonus points, unless he hits that impressive cradle. I actually think Mosier is more likely to get bonus points than Delaney. We'll see.

    Hahaha, the Hangar effect. Bellmont historically wrestles very well in the Hangar. Decbell, I have seen both Adams and Bevans wrestle and I would pick Adams with confidence.

    I'm not sure what Anderson's record was during the season. He's pretty solid, although Faurote would probably major him.

    For several of the matches earlier this year, they had 119 Anderson 125 Bevans 130 Hiestand I don't think this would help them at all against Bellmont. Castner was at 171 at different points in the year A couple of times they had Dent in at 140.

    Quick interpretation question here: So, if you miss school Thursday and Friday, you get 2 lbs on Saturday at sectional regardless? or do you have to also be unable to practice to get the 2 lb allowance. The way it reads to me is that if you miss school or have school, but are unable to practice afterwards because of weather that you would get the allowance. Can someone clarify please?

    I haven't seen the 103 from Muncie Central, but why is everyone picking him over Bevans? Bevans is the one ranked in the semi state.

    They did not wrestle each other during the season. I believe Fiechter's 2 losses are to Bevans and Lovejoy. I don't think Sheets has lost at 125. I could be mistaken though. At 130 I know that he's lost to; Larowe (2x), Norton (2x), Harper (2x), and Porras. There may be others.

    Any brackets for this Sectional? I just assumed that between A.J. and Coach Ryan, that they would be up by now............
