I follow Winchester along with most East Central Teams!! I don't think Winchester will give them a fight at all. I think Yorktown wins the meet by a landslide of a score-- 63-3.

If there was a matchup of Mishawaka and Merrillville tonight...WHO would win. I have wanted to see those two schools wrestle each other. I think there would be some FIREWORKS if there happened to be a Mish and Merri dual meet.

decbell--What teams in the TOP 20 have you seen in person? As of right now who do you think the FINAL 4 teams in the state tourney will be?

Bellmont will be a favorite. Their lineup changes from the start to right now have made a difference in this teams actions and chemistry. South Adams and AC are very tough as well. I think some of the matchups during this sectional will give the coaches, wrestlers and fans a day filled with excitment.

I never questioned your rankings or never WOULD I! I just wanted a clarification of the spots they were ranked at, not only for me, but for all the others on the board. Thanks and appreciation goes out for all that you do.

I'm tired of hearing about how Yorktown wrestled their JV. You PLAY to win the game and you WRESTLE to win the match. If you are cocky enough and think you have the JV guys to beat a team, that's your fault when it doesn't happen. SB Clay won, fair and square. If they don't surpass Yorktown in the rankings that's fine, but why such a big margin between the two teams? Just wondering why you have picked them at the 19th spot? and YORKTOWN at the 6th?

I would agree. The rankings guys for team and individuals always say that it doesn't matter about last week or last year. What matters is this year and what just happened. I think Clay deserves the credit.

I would like to see a Bellmont vs Yorktwon rematch!! I think Bellmont would put up a DIFFERENT score this time. Merriville still is my pick to win the whole STATE this year. I just like how they look and the kinds of things they are doing on the mat.

Union County looked like the MUCH stronger and better team. Winchester only scored that many points because of FF's. Union County will run away with the TEC championship this year easily. Phillips and Duckworth looked amazing last night. I am forseeing Union County with 5 TEC champions and Winchester with 1 champion (maybe)

I just read yesterday that Union County and Winchester wrestle on Thursday night. Is that correct? If so, is it at Union County or Winchester this year? What's the predicted lineups and matchups for this meet and who's going to win??

I'm tried of hearing everyone talk about JV guys this and JV guys that. If they wrestled on that day for the varsity squad then they are considered varsity. IF YORKTOWN wrestled "jv" guys, then that was their choice. They weren't forced to wrestle those guys against Clay. IF CLAY wrestled "jv" gusy, that was their decision. Therefore, CLAY beat Yorktown and that is that. I will say that Merriville does look and sound tough this year. We'll see what kind of run they can make during the tourney.

Just saying that I thought this board was promoting respect for OTHERS and trying to keep away from "degrading" (even though that may not be the word you want to use) others and this sport. I was just making a point. I think when someone ask a question, whether it is STUPID or unwise, or off the wall it deserves either a good ANSWER or no answer, but not a bunch of FLUFF!!!

FF are killers. But I think Muncie Central looked tough last night. They have about 4 or 5 tough wrestlers and will improve over the next few months.
