The IHSWCA and the Ref's association work to bring ref's and coaches together in the fall. I participated this year and it was a neat experience. There's a coaches panel where coaches and refs have open discussions about things like stalling, takedowns, etc. The meeting I was in did talk a lot about stalling. Hopefully this continues to grow and more coaches and ref's participate. Opening dialogue can do nothing but improve the sport
