I understand completely how it works. And FYI Mennen beat a regional runner up to be quarter finalist not an alternate.

At the end of the day all of the boys have to perform regardless of where they are in the bracket and what county they're from.

New Pal, Greenfield Central, New Castle, Lafayette Jeff, Western, Hamilton Heights, Pendleton Heights, Kokomo Those aren't competitive? Also, one was a semi-state quarter finalist a year ago and and another is a 2x Regional guy.
