  1. There is something to be gained both ways. Do you want to have your experience an inch deep and a mile wide or and inch wide and a mile deep. They both offer advantages. They both can offer some experience to draw upon later in life. The stud Athletes can be more competitive in multiple sports. I think Wrestling is great for kids who are fairly athletic, but don’t run well. This skill is a must in many sports but I have seen many kids who can run well be successful in wrestling.
  2. I think Replay would be too hard on the Referee. I thought the Track wrestling during consolations and the live wrestling during the finals was great. Kudos to whoever made this happen.
  3. I think they got the call right and did a good job reffing all night. However I don’t think you should raise a kids hand until all of the discussion is complete. To me, when the hand is raised it’s done, especially in a State Finals Match. Great Sportsmanship by both kids
  4. They say Luck is Opportunity+ Preperation, Id say its Luck and Heart
  5. I hadnt seen Hurford wrestle before so didnt have much of an expectation. I loved the way he came out and attacked for 6 minutes. solid straight on wrestling. seemed to be a class act! That was nice to see
