Grade School State Qualifiers

Indiana Frosh-Soph State Championships (Boys and Girls), and

Indiana Grade School State Championships

 

All Qualified Contestants have been Imported into both events.     

As an Imported Tourney, there is no on-line “registration.”   

Please view the wrestler list inside the event and check on your status.  If you are listed you are already “registered"

The fees for State are $35, payable upon entry to the Arena at Southport.  Proceed to scales at the appropriate time.

The Admission for those over the age of 5 is $10.

 

We will be using the same floor setup as Indy Nationals … 7 mats in the main gym and 5 in the Aux. gym.  

All coaching must be from the outside perimeter … chairs on carpet corners are provided.

 

The WIFI is not available at Southport.   Sorry in advance.  We will have several Bout Boards, but you may need to be 

near a window occasionally to check on Mat Status.

Frosh-Soph Boys:  817

Frosh-Soph Girls:  278

 

Grades 1st - 2nd:  173

Grades 3rd - 4th:  230

Grades 5th - 6th:  194

Boys Frosh-Soph 106-144:  7:00-8:00 a.m. Saturday

Girls Frosh-Soph All:  12:00-1:00 p.m. Saturday

Girls have Actual Weights plus 4

Boys Frosh-Soph 150-285:  1:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday

Grade School All: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Sunday

 

Weight Class Changes will be at the scale.   If moving down, make sure you make this preference known.    There is no fee for changes in either direction and your seeding criteria moves with you.

 

Weigh-Outs for Boys Frosh-Soph:  Upon completion of wrestling in your weight-class on Saturday.  Plus 1.  Your weight class will be called to the Wrestling Room.
