If you have a kid that meets the three criteria below, please follow the instructions on Page 6 in the attached pdf to submit injury or transfer information by THURSDAY for credit to your Team State qualifying score:

--Coming back next year

--Made it to Semi-State last year (in 2A, 3A, 4A) or to Regional last year (1A)
