piscis1956 Posted January 17 Share Posted January 17 Do kids today wrestle with their contact lenses in or do they take them out to grapple? My grandkid is thinking about getting contact lenses and was asking whether he would be able to wear them while wrestling. Many years ago I needed to take mine out to wrestle, but I know modern lenses are much much better than the ones I used when I wrestled. MattM Posted January 17 Share Posted January 17 I wore them without too much issue. A few time the contact came out or rolled up in my eye but nothing on a regular basis. I think most kids wear them today and I haven’t notice to many issue with them as a coach. I’d say if you are far sighted having them in would be more useful than not.
