We keep this one simple, one day, not all the door prized, no social. Just come in, learn, and leave. Our fall clinic is the big one. However, we have some great stuff here!! Brian Smith, head coach at "Mizzou" is someone I've been wanting to bring to speak for some time now, he is always inspiring! Matt Cates, at Penn High School is someone that does wonders in the weight room, and you will surely pick something up there. Now, just added, Jim Gruenwald will come give a short talk on his book and do signings. First 50 registered will receive a free copy of his book! Jim was a 2x Olympian, 3x world team member, and is now head coach at Wheaton College.
