Now Webster looks for backs, nearly gets it. Running a bar on top Mat 2 Trammell gets a reversal with time expiring in 1st period. Ritchie down to start 2nd. Gray baits him into a cradle, but Webster fights him off impressively. 14 secs left in 2nd...Gray rides him entire 2nd period. Very impressive. Now it's Webster's turn. Webster rides him nearly the entire 3rd period, cuts him with 10 seconds left, holds on to win...big upset for Webster 2-1 Mat 2 Esc. Ritchie, 4-2. 43 secs left in 2nd period. Trammell trails 4-2 to start the 3rd. Trammell down to start the period. Esc for the LC senior...4-3 with 1:40 left. TD for Ritchie, esc Trammell, 6-4, 50 secs left. Another TD for Ritchie, running out of time. Esc Irick, leads 1-0...neutral...single for Davison, wizzer for Irick....no score...Irick leads 1-0 to start the 3rd Mat 2 First TD goes to Kleimola, leads 2-1....and again....and again.....6-2 Kleimola leads to start the 2nd. Davis down Mat 1 Davison escapes, 1-1. Irick playing the edges well, frustrating Davison a little, I think. Almost a TD for Irick after a sweet defensive scramble....10 secs....looks like OT...great D for Irick...OT Mat 2 Kleimola riding Davis hard, leads 6-2 still Mat 1 OK, there's our big upset of the evening...Irick defeats nationally ranked Davison with a slide-around TD 3-1 WOW Mat 2 Kleimola another TD, leads 9-2 Mat 1 Dial and Blakeley up now. Escapes, but another TD for Maddox opens up a 7-3 lead...Esc Vakalahi, 7-4. Maddox wins 11-5 to please his huge cheer section mat 1 Fox comes out blazing, gets a TD, reversed by McCormick...2-2 Mat 2 Stewart comes out with force, leads 5-0 in the first Mat 1 Penalty against Fox, esc Fox...3-3... TD mccormick, leads 5-3, 40 secs left in 2nd period. Mat 2 Stewart in trouble briefly near the end of the period, muscles his way out of it ....leads 7-0 to start 2nd. Mat 1 Fox catches him, looked like he pinned him....then he did pin him! Fox WBF Parris up 2-1 quickly on Pier, now 4-1. Now 6-3.. gets the fall Mat 2 Stewart all over Barclay still, 7-0 Barclay down to start 3rd, Stewart lets him up...7-1. Now 9-2 Mat 1 Fuller and Ellis scoreless 1st period. Ellis esc to start 2nd, leads 1-0 Mat 2 McCubbins and Ernst up...Big throw for McCubbins, leads 5-0...baits him into a cradle, gets the fall. McWilliams deep in on a single, remarkable agility by Perkins, hops over and gets the 2 himself, leads 2-0. esc McWilliams, 2-1 to start 2nd. Esc McWilliams, 2-2, 2nd period coming to a close....2-2 to start 3rd...Esc Perkins, 3-2 Mat 2 Scroggs bullying the much taller, much thinner Crider, leads 4-0, still 1st period, 2nd period, esc. Crider, 4-1...20 secs left in 2nd. crider deep on a shot, can't suck it in....4-1 to start 3rd period. Scroggs riding Crider. esc Crider, 4-2. TD Scroggs, esc, 6-3...20 secs left Mat 1 3-2 3rd period Mat 2 quick TD for Klem, Phifer escapes, 2-1 Mat 1 Lots of scrambling.....McWilliams deep on a double....gets it, wins 4-3...CLUTCH win! Ridle and York up Mat 2 Klem leads 4-1 to start 2nd...now 6-2 Mat 1 Ridle with collar tie...no score thru 1. York down to start 2nd. Mat 2 Phifer just has no offense for Klem...6-2 Klem leads, Phifer down and having a hard time escaping. Mat 1 esc York, then a TD, leads 3-0...York riding Ridle pretty tough...3-0 to start 3rd. Neutral, Ridle needs a big throw Mat 2 Phifer escapes, but running out of time, 6-3 Klem leads...Klem wins 6-3. Mat 2 done for the night Ridle just not able to get through York's hand or leg defense.
