Wrestle1997
I was inquiring about the Down Under Sports invitational wrestling in New Zealand. Does anyone know who has went there? At least from Indiana?
cody64
i received one from them to go to Australia for a football camp they had, i heard it was just a scam and that even if you do go, it isn't the top notch athletes that are there. From what i read, it isn't worth all the money. Although, i have heard that it is a great experience to go compete with different athletes, but basically all you're paying for is the sight seeing, and not the level of competition. MattM
The ISWA has a great cultural exchange trip every year for someone wanting to experience international competition, along with getting to see the attractions and culture of a different country. http://www.iswa.com/cultural-exchange/ It looks like trips to both Turkey and Japan are being planned for this summer. cody64
if you were going to do a trip like this, do it through the ISWA and not the DownUnderSports.
KarlHungus
Unless you would rather go to austrailia than either turkey or japan.
MattM
Unless you would rather go to austrailia than either turkey or japan. The ISWA usually has a Australia/New Zealand Cultural Exchange trip every few years.
