tskin Posted December 4, 2013 Share Posted December 4, 2013 Last time the IHSWCA took a poll of all coaches...the majority of coaches who responded did not want to see a classed indvidual state tourney but liked the idea of a classed team state. These feelings could have changed by now but as of 3 years ago that was the feeling back then. But realize this, the decision to change to a classed individual state tourney is one that the IHSAA must make and going by past decisions if this event would take more time and money to put on I doubt the IHSAA would look to make that change. After attending last years classed IHSWCA State Duals I will say it is a neat enviroment to see the small schools battling it out for a state title.
