MattM Posted September 19, 2010 Share Posted September 19, 2010 Anyone in South-Central Indiana interested in getting some exercise (testing their preseason endurance), supporting an fellow wrestling organization, and having some great Oktoberfest food afterward should condsider heading down to Seymour the morning of Oct. 2nd to participating in the 5K Run/Walk. Their are run, walk and wheelchair divisions for all ages with awards and prizes given out after the race. You can sign up online or show up the day of the event. Participants will also receieve a 5K Run/Walk longsleave tee-shirt until supplies run out, so arriving early is a bonus. Lockerooms and showers available afterward to change. Seymour's Oktoberfest will be going on downtown through Saturday evening. So stay afterward for the food, parade, activities, and crafts booths. All proceeds from the event go towards helping the Seymour Wrestling Assiciation support our youth and USA wrestling programs.
