SeanMcMurray
Let's see how well that Ivy League boy ranked.. It is impossible for him to be batting 100% because there are 20 kids ranked in each weight and only 16 in each state finals bracket! So 20% automatically wont make it! I think that Ivy League edumation is paying off!! Nice job, RG! 103 - 13 ranked wrestlers remaining = 65% made it to state 112 - 14 ranked wrestlers remaining = 70% made it to state 119 - 11 ranked wrestlers remaining = 55% made it to state 125 - 9 ranked wrestlers remaining = 45% made it to state 130 - 10 ranked wrestlers remaining = 50% made it to state 135 - 11 ranked wrestlers remaining = 55% made it to state 140 - 12 ranked wrestlers remaining = 60% made it to state 145 - 11 ranked wrestlers remaining = 55% made it to state 152 - 11 ranked wrestlers remaining = 55% made it to state 160 - 13 ranked wrestlers remaining = 65% made it to state 171 - 12 ranked wrestlers remaining = 60% made it to state 189 - 10 ranked wrestlers remaining = 50% made it to state 215 - 11 ranked wrestlers remaining = 55% made it to state 285 - 11 ranked wrestlers remaining = 55% made it to state
AC Computer
Also, the rankings are the top 20 regardless of semi-state. Some semi-states had more than 4 ranked wrestlers in the same class, so one of those would be eliminated.
grandpa
A lot of wrestlers that were ranked got eliminated by other ranked wrestlers--so the numbers should be lot higher--best way to look at it--is how many unranked wrestlers made it to state in each weight class!! That rankings guy is good!! Regardless of Ivy school or local college--good is good!!!
