Here's the breakdown by the numbers of participants by weight and HS class. I find it interesting that the number of freshman participants is only 10 total?  It seems as if in years past that number was greater, especially at the 103lb and 112lb weight classes.  What I also find pretty amazing is that there are 2 freshman at the 189lb weight class.  Of course wrestling has always been dominated by the upper classmen, however this year seems to be more seniors than in years past.  Anyway,  good luck to all wrestlers!!

It seems many of the freshman state qualifiers at 103lbs stayed there this year.  The past few years it has been about 10 wrestlers at 103lbs that were freshmen alone.
