Coach McCormick Posted January 4, 2009 Share Posted January 4, 2009 We would very much like to add one more team to this event on Jan. 18 to make it a 6-way. Entry fee is $150 per team. Weight classes: 40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95,105,115,125,135,145,160 (18 weight classes) 6th graders who are novice or younger may participate in this event. Doors open at 8:00am. Coaches' meeting at 8:45am. Wrestle at 9:00am. There will be opportunity for exhibition matches as well. Coach McCormick Posted January 12, 2009 Share Posted January 12, 2009 The following clubs have committed to competing at this Sunday's Yorktown elementary duals tournament: 1. Yorktown WC 2. New Castle WC 3. South Adams - Gold WC 4. Warren Central WC 5. Columbia City WC 6. Shelbyville WC 7. Tippecanoe Valley WC 8. Adams Central WC See earlier post for times, weight classes and other information about the event. If anyone has any questions, feel free to contact Trent McCormick (tmccormick@yorktown.k12.in.us) There will be 6 rounds of wrestling on Sunday, plus an opportunity for exhibition matches. At approximately 1 hour per round wrestling should last from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Please bring a neatly typed roster of your wrestlers with their actual weight and their projected weight class at our tournament. Entry fee is $150 per team. Please bring entry fee on day of event unless other arrangements have been made. Top 2 teams will receive team plaque and ribbons for their wrestlers.
