O come on. who dinged me on this you have to agree or you wouldn't dinged me. i don't mean kids to win it all i mean kids to place and pull off an upset like 3rd or 4th place regional finishers. those weights are stacked with a lot of talent, you must agree.

I thought it was an awesome regional today. Little Decker from NC along with Broyles really stepped up to show what is in the near future for NC. Rose wrestling with a broken Jaw i thought looked ok until finals then looked gassed, could be lack of practice this week, but most everyone was n the same situation. for the week of bad weather and lack of practice this week after the first round cob webs were gone looked pretty good. Manning from SD looks like a flippen stud. what can you say about Phillips and Campbell except Wow. Fletcher even held his temper today, but he won that helps. for the most part went like the rankings said, good job young men. good job.

140 will be a toss up. I hope to see Webster and Rose again in the finals, They both should make it there they are by far the two tops in the reg. at 140. jst my point of view.

the only time Mccoy wrestled Levi was was a tech i do believe. not gonna be close pin in 2nd prd. Rose wins.

idk his losses but that big of a win should say something about him as wrestler that is wasnt a fluke 2-0 is a very solid win even a blind hog finds a nut ever once in a while. sorry jst the facts. 8 loses at this level prob. wont get you very far.

Yes Davenport should be and he is also a very good wrestler. i would hate to be at 140 there.

I cant wait to see what is said after semi-state. no way in HEL>>>> is B. White winning at 140. he will be lucky to make it out of this weekend. good wrestlers have figured him out, don't let him get the legs in and crank and he is very predictable. he will not make it out of semi-state if he even makes it there. Rattey and Keiffer are tuff but are they tuff enough? 140 is loaded this year alot of good wrestlers at that weight. other then Keiffer from RC. Rattey. winning it my dark horse is Rose from NC placing and handing someone an upset. if it is an upset. all those guys are wrestling well at that weight. who knows. not me or i would buy lottery tickets.

All number 1 seeds from New Castle will win. sorry for all the other wrestlers, jest the facts. Campbell, Catron, Rose, Decker, Mullins and Moefield are jest to seasoned and strong. everyone of those young men will have a big part in the final 16 on friday night at state.

It is a shame when the IHSAA is worried that they might only break even or loose a buck on team state. I understand they can't loose money on this tourney but from what i have paid to watch this and by the crowed i have seen there is no flippen way they are loosing money. as long as you are not loosing money then you are making a profit. i hate it that they are so greedy and are only wanting to make more and more. i am sure the fees for the school and refs are well covered by the gate.and most of if not all the wrestlers are not getting paid, so how is it not making a profit for them? unless some one has their hand in the jar.
