They had a Kingsport elemntary duals qualifier for the team this year in January 8)..... There will also be a Indiana Brawlers team to.... this will be the Brawlers 6th year in Kingsport GO ALL INDIANA TEAMS!!!!!

I talked to ISWA today when i seen your post.... I was told that awards are going to be sent out...it would take alittle time get them out. due to the fact that all the addresses had to be gathered.

Ive been involved in wrestling with my son in the ISWA for 9 years....Indiana was considered a "FRESTYLE STATE" when we first started. Freestyle state tournament was just huge with numbers...now they can hold all divisions on 1 weekend now. Folkstyle has out grown freestyle in Indiana in the last 6 years or so. if i recall Indiana has had the ISWA Folkstyle State for only about 10 or 12 years now. If im wrong can someone please correct me. I remember we had to go to Ilinois for folkstyle when we first started. Now that folkstyle has such a long season when its time for freestyle (which i love) its getting nice outside kids want to play baseball...instead of wrestle. I do beleive kids who wrestle freestyle are better folkstyle wrestlers because of freestyle.

Hey ItalianMom... I know track only places to 4th but.... Rex was announcing all day that they would place to 6th place with the 3rd place finisher in each brackett not wrestling but to be decided by points they scored for the type of victory they has in each match. The wrestler who had the most points would take 5th. Rex also said medals or ribbons...I dont remember which...would be mailed to the 5th and 6th place finisher. All i Know Isaih Bradley beet the undeated wrestler from brackett A for the championship .that tells me he was the best wrestler in the 102lb class that day and very well deserviong of the champioship

at 117 they have it wrong.... Adam Garcia challanged Zack Mroczkowski for 2nd and garcia won...ISWA is showing Zack at 2nd when it should be Adam.... I know they will correct the standings for the whole meet soon.

They have got the results on ISWA but they are wrong... they just copied it off trackwrestling and track did not show the wrestle backs or the kids who placed 5th and 6th. I hope Rex gives them the updated placers with the full 6 man placement. after that long of a meet the kids deserve to be recognised to 6th place.
