    Michael bates @ 170. William Howe bay lost 1-0. he kept cramping because of weight cutting. Justin stephens is recovering from the flu. Isaiah white didn't look himself the 113 pounder is in the hospital after getting his appiendix out. Kelly kolat was sick and not there.

    after tonights meet. please disregard my last post..... lol. Washington looked like cap, several kids out with or recovering from ful. Penn looked great. if Washington can get healthy by Saturday it would be nice to have a better showing

    South Bend Washington Watch for 120 Justin Stephens Very tough kid with a lot of potential 145 William Howe-Bay Lost the ticket round of Semi state last year at 138 to Alex Griffin 152 Isiaha White SSQ wrestlinig very strong this year 160 Kelly Kolat SSQ and ranked 14th at 170 170 Michael Bates on a mission !!!!!

    nice mag even though none of my guys got any love... just kidding. I also see that Mike Anderson is ranked at 182. I spoke with a few people from Riley the other day and they said he hurt his knee playing football and will not be wrestling this year. It sucks becuase he would be fun to watch.

    Yeah, at the Carnahan, Kolat was coming off an ancle sprain that kept him from doing anything much at pratice. He was on crutches for a week or so and really wasn't 100% but you cant keep a kid like that off the mat. This year has been tough for him with Injuries but he will be ready for sectionals. Anderson is an amazing kid that can honestly hang with wost guys in the state. He is only 174 lbs and tends to expose his back from time to time. As long as he donent make mistakes he will go far this year.

    I see that Kolat from South Bend Washington is 8th on your board at 160 lb and Joey Stasiak from penn is ahead of him. When wrestled on the 21st and Kolat wan the match. Just wondering why Stasiak was ahead of him. Also 182, Martel Miller for SB Clay is on your board but Houston Anderson is not. Anderson beat Miller 7-0 at the John Mckee and really should have pinned him but Miller is super tough and kept from getting pinned. Take Nothing away from Miller but Anderson lost a close match to him a month ago and beat him easily at the McKee and think he should start getting noticed. Anderson Also lost a very close match to Adams from Jimtown (10-7) or something like that. He had Adams on his back at the end of the match but The ref didnt give near fall because he said Adams was out of bounds and time ran off before anything could change. Just wanted to give my Bias opinion on a Few guys.....

    South Bend Washington Update: We have had a pretty rough season to date, Mostly because of Injuries and the Jack @$$ football coach (I will post about that later). The team is starting to come around and wanted to see if the ranking people are aware of Michael Bate at 170, He is 15-1 with his only loss being to a ranked kid from McCutchen. last night he beat Stevens from Penn. It was a good close match to watch but Bates controled most of the Match. SB Washington is no where near where I though and hoped they would be by this time but hopefully things will take a turn soon. Also watch out for Anderson (182), White at (145) and Kolat (160.). Things are starting to look up for them as well

    Does anyone have the full results? I hear SB Washington got 4th place even though they were missing 120, 152, 195 and 285. They still are not wrestling as well as they should be esp, with Kolat and Anderson loosing their first matches and placing 5 because of it. Congrats to Bates, hope he will keep it up and get some respect for us at Washington.
