    The first post in this thread shows the finals results, but doesn't provide a score at 160. Broadcast sports show that the score was 13-4. If this is correct could it be added to that post?

    Does anybody have access to an ACCURATE, official Print Out from Mishawaka of the complete brackets? The ones posted on the the broadcastsports site are full of inaccuracies and mix-ups. For example the final score of the championship match at 130 is shown as 14-1, when in fact it was 2-1. If some one has the print out and a scanner, send me copies to my e-mail (jamescb6905@embarqmail.com) and I will type them out for the Indiana Mat results page.

    The Al Smith Brackets as posted on broadcastsports seem to be replete with errors. Can we discuss this over in the discussion area? What are the actual facts?

    Interesting to note: In many cases the first two matches won by those who advanced to the semi-finals came via ROUT! I mean quick pins, or TF or Maj, but then in the quarter-finals many matches were very tight, with lead changes, or narrow margins of victory. Very few had an easy road to the semi-finals, demonstrating the high caliber of competition at this stellar event. There are a few who marched right through with quick first period falls all the way to the semi-finals: Stevens -M'ville 103 (per one falls with one ff), Dillon -Hobart 135 (all period one falls), March -E Nble 135 (period one falls with one ff), Kurtz -Pr Hgts 160 (3:34; :38; :51), THEN THERE IS TRAVIS KEPNER of Benton Central at 189: (:47; :13; :37); James Travis -M'ville 285 (period one falls with one ff); Auces -SB Rly 285 (1:00; :56; 2:41). Is this ok? But then some have a question about "humiliating an opponent by 'cutting and shooting.'" DOMINATION is what this game is about. If you can do it in six seconds, fine. Or if you choose to do it all in the first period with 13 takedowns and THEN a fall, that is fine too. ACTION is the name of the game, none of this silly pushing and shoving along the edge of the mat.
