I've met both, and I feel that David Taylor has a better head on his shoulders and will be the better college wrestler. -

I have killed a regular housefly, however, I would not dare mess with a fearless one.

189, 215, and heavyweight have been a challenge because of the lack of state experience at these weight classes. I have also found 135 to be difficult because outside of the top 5 guys, the rest of the results have been quite inconsistent.

Ralph Clark, a graduate of East Chicago Roosevelt in 1947 was runner-up twice and never won a state title. Taylor March is currently tied with this record.

if i only depended on information sent to me, my rankings would look like the ihswca's. i do extensive digging and searching on my own in local papers, past state series results from the sectionals, regionals, and semi-states, etc.

the dominance that the merrillville semi state has showed at the state tournament and the futility of the fort wayne semi state definitely shows in the rankings, i think quite accurately. my goal is not to predict the 16 guys that will make it to state, but rather to rank the 16 best kids regardless of geographic location..
