  1. Yes, I was referring to May. He is tough when he is not sucking so much weight. I am cool for Goin vs. May to determine a state title, only if the IHSAA lets it be the last weight #BringBackTheTights
  2. KT vs. Frazier could be a fun match, we'll see if both make it that far.
  3. Will be interesting to see where all the chips fall. Brownsburg could very easily have four champs...106, 113, 120, and HWT. I think CP could have a champ at 126, 138, 152, and 182. EMD could win it at 145, 170, and 195. I love my wildcats we are going to need to knock of some CP and BB guys. Daddy Schaeffer will have the boys ready. #BringTheTightsBack
  4. Mater Dei will have about 50 points between just Sollars and Brody. Add in Schaeffer, Critchfield, May, Ralph, Seng, and Egli. The boys will be ready to roll and should not be counted out.
  5. The Tsirtsis family is up there too. I know Marino (dad) was a state qualifier. Jason and Alex were both 4X'ers and went on to have great college careers.
  6. What adjustments can be made? The only logical conclusion would have to be for the Indiana teams to forfeit. My wildcats jump all the way up to first place.
  7. UHHHHHHH, if you lose first round you cannot wrestle back to get third. Seems pretty wonky these guys are trying to get away with six matches.
  8. I saw a cool picture of the brackets on @CPHSSports on Twitter. It is 16 man brackets and if you wrestle all the way back to 3rd after losing a first or second round match you will exceed the 5 match rule in Indiana. Did anyone else see this?
  9. I tend to bite my tongue on these topics but let results do the talking. Mater Dei has proven that they are the best in the state. After watching some of their young guns this year, it looks to be the truth. Match ups will be a lot of fun and after looking at BB's lineup and adjusting MD's here is what I think: 106 Schaefer dec. Hockaday 3-0 MD 113 Seng dec. Haines 6-0 MD 120 Miller dec. Egli 6-3MD 126 Haines maj dec. Folz 7-6BB 132 Ison maj dec. Hermann 11-7BB 138 Garcia dec. Vanover 14-7 BB 145 Hayhurst dec. Garcia 14-10 BB 152 May pins Ison 16-14 MD 160 Ciccerali dec. Turner 17-16 BB 170 Baumann pins Brewer 22-17 MD 182 Martin pins Jones 28-17 MD 195 Sollars maj dec. Henry 32-17 MD 220 Critchfield pins Lapadat 38-17 MD 285 Jones Maj Dec. Ralph 38-23 MD These 'cats looked ready to pounce this weekend, I am excited to see if these projections are close.
