    2015. Worst meltdown ever for us. We were #1 and expecting 8 or 9 to go to State that year.

    A lot of the Tylin Thrine takes feel like forced hate. He’s a literal nationally-ranked state champion, and all season I’ve seen posters act as if he doesn’t stand a chance towards Hockaday or even Isaiah Schaefer when there was some talk as if he would go 126. Yet, a lot of those same posters were ready to crown Nick Lee ten years ago before he even had a title over Micic and then were totally confident he’d beat Red in HS after he won a title. Y’all had that amount of confidence for Lee either time, yet Tylin, a PROVEN state champion and upset specialist, somehow isn’t in the same ballpark as Hockaday? Now, if the match already happened or if the eventual result significantly favors Hockaday, that’s one thing, but to act like he has no shot before the match even happens despite his credibility is crazy.

    God, I do love those singlets too. The green ones are just as fire.

    Which school has some of your favorite singlets that you enjoy seeing? Some of my favorites include Yorktown’s all green singlet with the tiger on the back, Lawrence North’s white singlet with the red belt, Penn’s gold pinstripe singlet, Perry Meridian’s Carolina singlet, and Avon’s all yellow singlet with the black lettering on the leg.
