Hello all,
To those who don't know me my name is Wayne Black and I currently wrestle at College of Mt. St. Joseph, which is a small division 3 college in Cincinnati, OH. I went to Pike High School and was a state qualifier back in 2010. I'm writing this post because I would like to open a non profit within the inner city of Indianapolis, but before I can do this I need some help. I was wondering if anyone could give me some demographic information on the youth programs in the city, specifically IPS district. I know there aren't a lot of programs, which is why I want to start my non profit to help benefit not only the wrestling world, but to also help the inner city youth and clean up Indianapolis as whole. If you don't know a lot of bad things have been happening lately, and I think its really getting out of hand. I want to use wrestling as my catalyst to help fix this problem. I think kids can come learn a lot about wrestling and the life lessons it teaches and use them along with connections I'm working on building to not only stay in school and out of the streets, but to accomplish goals that they never thought were possible. If you could be of any help PLEASE let me know. I always see post about keeping wrestling in Indiana well please help a cause that wants to just that and get some kids to college. For more information about the non profit I'm working on starting go to my website thegrindhardacademy.weebly.com and for more information on my wrestling background as far as what I've done so far in college refer to http://www.msjsports.com/wrestling/default/ I really need help and can't do this on my own so any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading this. Wayne Black
