Our sales rep said ours would be shipped with yours, but we have not heard an ETA on our mat yet either. I literally JUST called him and was told they would get an estimate within 24 hours. Mongo1 Posted November 7, 2013 Share Posted November 7, 2013 I just got a new Dollumar with the tapeless system. If you haven't paid then order from someone else. We ordered our mat at the end of August and got it last weekend. I have never heard of Tiffin, but after reading this I will not be looking to order anything from them.
