Just wondering what you all would recommend. Mainly looking at stuff like: Dummies, Bulgarian training bags, sand bags, heavy bags, resistance bands, heavy ropes... open to any new ideas as well. Tell him what you're wanting to accomplish and he can lead you in the right direction. He's a great source of information and guidance, and can probably get you whatever you be after.
